Hi, I’m Victoria. I help design and implement your Better Impact solutions and am a Better Impact Certified Consultant.
I have 9+ years experience working in Better Impact with Community and Not-for-profit volunteer programs from 0 to 9000+ participants.
My in-depth Better Impact experience means that I can confidently setup both Enterprise and organisations with varied requirements including:
• Hospitals (including programs for vulnerable in-patients, chaplaincy and end of life support)

I am confident in implementing both Volunteer and Client Impact and can support new staff and volunteers through all the stages of your Better Impact account: setup, training, maintenance, reporting and user guides and manuals.
